Jarvis connects directly with your practice management software, allowing it to grab key practice health metrics far beyond what your practice management software can offer.
It is the most common analytics tool used by private equity groups and DSOs. It will allow them to analyze every single code you bill, how you bill it, and how you collect it. This tool provides complete insight into your practice and is critical for the due diligence process.
Jarvis is a key tool for MODS to be able to evaluate the effectiveness of what they are doing. There are 14 key performance metrics MODS will be monitoring on a regular basis, and Jarvis allows them to do just that.
Based on that data, MODS will be able to provide customized gameplans to help you improve upon each metric.
Equally as important as MODS being able to make your practice perform at a higher level is Private Equity’s ability to see a clear picture of your overall practice health.
Consider Jarvis as the “Standardized Test” of all practices within Freedom Dental Partners. And MODS will focus on bringing your practice from the junior college to the Ivy League.
Don’t worry: the MODS Team will do all the heavy lifting. You don’t need to purchase and set up Jarvis on your own. Included in your Term Sheet is a $3,600 line item for Jarvis which allows a one-year license to the software. MODS will work with you to install their analytics template and properly connect it to your practice management software.
